  • CAJUN POTATOES AND BUTTER GRILLED CHICKEN

 Potatoes are naturally gluten free and they are packed with nutritional benefits needed for a healthy lifestyle. The healtg benefits of chicken include its good supply of protein content, the supply of essential vitamins and minerals. It also has benefits in losing weight. Chicken also reduce risk of cancer.
 A healthy dinner with cajun potatoes with grilled chicken can a wonderful combination.
Here's the recipe for 4 people :
Ingredients:
500gm chicken(medium pieces)
15-20 baby potatoes
4 tb spoon mustard oil
7tb butter
Sauce:
3 tb spoon mayonnaise
2 and half tb spoon English Mustard
2 tb spoon hot and sweet tomato sauce
1 garlic finely chopped
Salt to taste
Mirch masala to taste
Pepper dust to taste
For garnishing
1 onion finely chopped
For grilled chicken
Chicken 500gm
Pepper dust
Salt
Vinegar
Kashmiri mirch


Preparation:
Marinate the chicken with vinegar, pepper dust, salt, and kashimiri mirch and half of a lemon for an hour.








  For Cajun Potatoes : Boil the potatoes with salt till 3/4th. Then smashed the potatoes and fry in oil.
For the sauce: mix all the ingredients listed above.
And serve the fried smashed potatoes with the sauce and garnish it with finely chopped onion. Serve hot

 For fried grilled chicken:
Fry the marinate chicken in butter.Fry until brown. Make it smoky fry. Dress the fried chicken with lemon and pepper dust. Serve hot.
